November 3, 2025Addison Park is a quiet and and relaxing apartment complex. The children in the park playing shows a safe community. The apartment layouts are good with light fixtures needed. Mailing and parking have no issues and office management is great. I have had a good experience since I've moved in. Roach infested
March 14, 2025If you don’t read any other review, read this one it is really really roach infested, so bad to the fact that I didn’t even take my things out of the boxes and roaches were trying to get into my boxes, baby roaches, big roaches German roaches to be exact if you don’t mind sharing with the roaches, go ahead and the apartment does not look like this The cabinets are painted black inside so you can’t see the roaches. The dishwasher is old. They have peel and stick on the kitchen counter, so it ...lifts with a little bit of water. The sinks clog. It’s really outdated the walls, crack, the whole thing needs to be teared down and rebuildProperty Manager Responded

July 3, 2024Great location near everything! The property management staff was very nice and professional, I had help from the whole process to moving in. However my living experience here was horrible , I had to move out in the middle of my lease due to a leak that caused flooding from upstairs unit. The unit was not professionally cleaned like I thought it would be. I experienced a very big bug problem from the beginning to move out. Now, the complex is quiet at night.
