      My resident experience is all that I expected. Everything is well kept and the neighbor is pet friendly and the environment is great. The water park section was a great idea as well. The treats that you all provide during the holidays is a great idea as well.

      Overall my experience here so far has been a good one, quick maintenance turnaround when an order is put in. Office staff is friendly, and building is kept clean. Only complaint is some residents will leave side doors/back door open. Also the exit door is left open, which defeats the purpose of a gated community.
