January 31, 2026No help from any staff I provided a list of faults within the unit to management and was told that maintenance would fix all faults and do a final cleaning and checkout of the unit. That was 4 weeks ago. I moved in today and found that nothing was done and that the heat is also broken. So now I’m in a unit with no heat in January. Overall experience has been terrible. Every person that I talk to in management has been no help and drops my request on the floor. I asked maintenance if they received ...the list of faults and they said no. So now I am also being lied to by staff and management. Not a good way to start the first day of the unit. Some compensation is expected as this is not what was explained to me as I signed my lease weeks ago.Property Manager Responded
