Takes forever to repair anything
September 22, 2024Recently we had a shooting and they aren't repairing the gate that has been broken for months. Also, I have had a leak for two weeks that they refuse to fix even though I call them every other day about my bathroom getting flooded.Property Manager Responded

Nice apartment complex
July 19, 2024We are always seeing people complain about issues regarding pests. We've lived here a year and maybe experienced one or two roaches the entire time. It's an apartment complex. Horrible Management
April 22, 2024I have lived in 4 apartment complexes in my life. I have never had a leasing crew treat me so poorly. After making MULTIPLE mistakes along the leasing process, these people just lie to your face and claim that they have essentially done nothing wrong. They clearly don't care about you or your apartment, just want your money. Highly recommend staying away from this apartment complex and finding one with a more competent leasing staff.Property Manager Responded

PESTS ARE EVERYWHERE
July 11, 2023Nothing against the apartment itself or its location. But for several months, I've found nothing but roaches in my apartment. They are not found by my garbage or food; they just scuttle in my KITCHEN cupboards. It's disgusting. I've talked with other tenants in my own building, and they have them too. Someone just moved in and found 3 in their kitchen when they opened the door. I've asked other tenants and the "pest control fee" we pay for is worthless. One of the best places to live around!
December 13, 2022I've been here for a little bit now and I can honestly say that these are the nicest apartments I have ever lived at. Everything is clean and updated and they do regular pest control visits to keep the nasty vermin I was used at other apartments at bay. I love how it feels like a real neighborhood with lovely neighbors and people out and about using the amenities and walking their dogs.
