Takes forever to repair anything

Horrible Management

After making MULTIPLE mistakes along the leasing process, these people just lie to your face and claim that they have essentially done nothing wrong. They clearly don't care about you or your apartment, just want your money. July 11, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comNothing against the apartment itself or its location. But for several months, I've found nothing but roaches in my apartment. They are not found by my garbage or food; they just scuttle in my KITCHEN cupboards. It's disgusting. I've talked with other tenants in my own building, and they have them too. Someone just moved in and found 3 in their kitchen when they opened the door. I've asked other tenants and the "pest control fee" we pay for is worthless. I even addressed it with the office and ...whatever they are doing isn't enough.Read More
