Watch out for your car and bikes. Constant robberies
February 3, 2023Sadly this building could be one of the best in Miami but ownership is terrible and so is management. Almost every month there are robberies of cars and bikes. Hopefully not anytime soon there could be break in the apartments and someone could get hurt. There is not a 24hr staff at the front desk and garages are constantly broken. The building looks good from the outside and well located but when you live here you can see the basic need of security and safety are not fulfilled. Beware.Property Manager Responded

La renta supuestamente incluye seguridad privada lo cual es completamente falso ya que varios residentes han sido vícitimas de robo de sus coches, motocicletas y biciletas dentro del garaje "privado" del edificio y nadie ha sido capaz de responderles. There’s a pool at least?
August 21, 2022At first glance, cute and fun. The neighbors are helpful, there’s a gym, a pool HOWEVER there are major safety issues. The gated garage has been broken into multiple times with break-ins and at least 2 cars stolen including ours. The other people found their car stolen the morning after it happened and management did not alert anyone but had found broken glass in a completely different part of the garage. We didn’t know ours had been jacked until someone posted a picture of a pile of broken ...non-tinted glass (that didn’t match the already-confirmed stolen vehicle’s tinted windows) next to an empty parking spot on the WhatsApp. We were unable to report our car stolen until ~16 hours after the theft because we weren’t alerted to the safety breach.Property Manager Responded

Fake luxury
May 25, 2022Adela markets itself as luxurious living and there is nothing luxurious about it. The gym AC was broken for months, the garage gate was broken for months (lead to crime), the elevators constantly breakdown, the fire alarm goes off in the middle of the night on multiple occasions, etc. There is also no luxury service. Management has changed three times in a year. When I moved in there was 24 hour security, now there is none. Front desk hours get shorter and shorter. Adela is not luxury, it’s ...just new, and since maintenance and cleaning crew do subpar job, it won’t look new for long.Property Manager Responded

Adela residence it the BEST
February 14, 2022Living in Adela, has been the best place and residence to live in Miami. Since I moved in on 2014, I have never felt so good and welcome and like at home. Staff members are great and the building has it all. And very close by within walking distance to amazingly good restaurantsProperty Manager Responded
