From the management and staff, the maintenance team and the landscapers. Very well manicured landscaping, professional office and management staff and the best maintenance team. January 19, 2026I was delighted to find an apartment complex of a moderate size with luxury elements in the north Glendale area. I chose a unit with the patio overlooking the desert creek at the back of the complex. I spend many relaxing hours enjoying the nature elements. There are some nearby creek trails but not behind my unit so it's very private. I like the open floor plan and that my guest room is on the opposite end of the hall, plus the great closets. My small dog is very welcome. The leasing and ...maintenance staff are friendly and attentive. Maintenance issues are quickly and satisfactorily resolved. Community guidelines are politely enforced so everyone gets the best of the lifestyle and amenities. Most importantly, I feel very safe in my home and walking within the gated complex. It is a very family-oriented neighborhood, so I feel safe walking outside the complex, too. Convenient to major roads, shopping, and good eateries.Property Manager Responded
