I would not advise anyone to move to these apartments. I’ve visited the office, emailed management staff, requested multiple maintenance requests and I remain ignored. Everytime it rains the floors inside my apartment are wet which has damaged the tile, bugs and water from the outside enter under a crack in the door, there are cracks along the walls of my apartment that remains unfixed, the neighbor in Apartment 103

hallways for days. My company has to witness this nastiness with each visit and it’s quite embarrassing to have to live like this. There are roaches EVERYWHERE. They come to spray and only spray on the kitchen area and bathroom. The windows have cracks in them that Ive asked to be sealed. Ive asked for my bathroom toilet to be fixed because I to turn it off everytime after it is used. My refrigerator leaks water and I have yet to get another one. I have asked to move to another apartment and still ignored. I don’t know what else to do and they will penalize me if I break my lease. I’ve lived here for SEVERAL YEARS and should not have to go thru any of this.
