The Advenir has affordable rent and quiet atmosphere.The grounds are well kept. The staff is available and willing to help with any concerns that you have.

Ive called and this is to be exact (i have screenshots) 76 times over the last 10 days and they answered the phone one time! Wait it gets better tho. The one time they amswer they told me they were too busy to talk and theyd call me back in 10 min and guess what? That never happened!

Staff will never pick up their calls. You have to call a good 15 times before you get lucky with a response. Voicemails are never returned.
I met with so many different staff and the next time I go to drop off a check, there is a new face. They aren't properly trained because you will get a different answer from whoever you speak with. you finally get upset and speak to the manager who then act surprised by the answers that the staff gives
Maintenance is horrible. You put in a request for repair ...
and you get an automated response that work was completed, but when you get home, it's not done. You can wait anywhere from 3-4 weeks for a simple light bulb replacement. For the past two years, they only had one guy doing all maintenance work.
When requesting maintenance, you have the option to make a note to make sure that they call you before they enter so that you can plan to be home. But don't expect that to happen because they won't call you and enter as they please and do their work and leave dirty shoe marks on your floors.
There are so many cracks on the wall, especially building 12. They literally had to rework the foundation due to poor construction. So tons of loud noise and cracked walls appearing everywhere. They then send me a letter notifying me of a paint work to be completed on March 13 with a signature request to authorize the work to be done in your apartment. I did not sign the form but what does Advenir care? They brought two guys to move my furniture out if the way, repainted my home and left dirty shoe marks all over my home. When I complained about the painting and told them I did not authorize anyone to enter and I didn't sign, they didn't care. And oh yeah, I got money removed from my deposit to clean the carpet, from the mess their own crew did..and they never come in their promised date of March 13, they arrive in March 14.
Deposit back? Never...they will find every little thing to pinpoint and deduct money for
I sent their manager a long email addressing my concerns - still no response. Been waiting three months with no response to my follow up emails either. Dog poop everywhere. Rain flood in the apartment that stays for over a week until it evaporates. Poor sewage system.They will pinch every penny out of you. keep an eye on your utility charges as sometimes they will double your water usage to over $100. And when you ask them why, they will act like they have no idea...Will never recommend this apartment to anyone.

I moved to advenir at grand parkway west about 6 months ago. This place is excellent, we have a nice pool and bbq setup, we have a gym and awesome maintenance workers you will never find a piece of trash on the ground here and if you do its being picked up as you see it. This is a very safe environment they have a courtesy fort bend county sherriff on site most of the time everyone smiles when you walk or drive past my family loves it. Not to mention our staff I was moved in in no time, so ...
helpful and honest. The Manager names luis is the most helpful person. If you have a problem while moving into these apartments ask for him. He has all the answers to your questions. I give them a five star rating.

I moved here in 2014 when these apartments were first built, everything was great at first but problems kept popping up just after a month of moving in. For the longest time I had no light in my bedroom, maintenance says we had a bad light kit but how could it be bad if we were the first to occupy the unit? Neighbors all around us have multiple guests with multiple vehicles over on weekends so there is never any parking in addition to my neighbors double parking. All 4 tracklights in my dining ...
room are out due to a short and my above neighbors stomping so hard knocking them out of place. The leasing office doesn't do anything about noise complaints, I've filed multiple reports for 3 different units and NOTHING has been done, they know I have an infant who gets kept up by my loud neighbors and they just simply don't care. After a year they raised our rent almost $100!! Generally not happy with my experience after being here for 2 years and definitely won't be staying after our lease is up. Sad too, cause I had this bad of an experience with this being my first apartment. First impressions are everything right?

I was going through a separation so I decided to move to Richmond and this was the first complex I visited and I made it my home. I can say it was the most absolute best experience ever. Ginger is a real doll. She was so helpful with assisting me with all my needs. She made my transition very comfortable and easy. I would recommend this complex to everyone. Landmark at Grand Parkway Rocks!!!!

I visited Landmark back in late October. I was greeted by Ginger, who was very friendly and a true professional. She took me on tour of the property and I fell in love with the unit she showed me. Once we finished touring, we went back to the office and I began the paperwork. She was on point with everything and the process went very smoothly. I will be moving to my new apartment within 10 days to the date.

Whether single or have a family this complex accommodates both. You're a quick walk away from one of the best theaters in town and a couple minutes drive from great restaurants ( Cinco Ranch Town Square). The staff is great, grounds maintained and concerns always met in a timely manner. The pool / gym is great!, very modern very comfortable. Felt like home on day 1.
