A truck drove into the side of my building and took down several power meters. This could have easily been your significant other, children, or yourself. Management handled the situation poorly, no clear resolution timeline, no prorated rent, just an offer to transfer units without any assistance with utilities, moving, and flexibility with your busy schedule. Before you sign a lease here remember: when disaster strikes, Advenir at Legado Ranch will strike back harder

We aim to provide the best accommodations for our residents and want you to feel well cared for during emergency situations. Our team communicated with residents thoroughly throughout this situation with emails and phone calls. We gave you the option to transfer to another home without fees and with your current rate for the remainder of your lease, and we shared instructions to get a hotel through your renter's insurance in the meantime.
