August 25, 2022Don’t move here. It’s overpriced and definitely not worth it. The ladies in there are rude. Maintenance is slow. And there is never any parking until about two buildings down from my actual apartment. Would not recommend.Review from Apartments.com

December 28, 2021Our family took a tour of the property yesterday. Loved the spacious units, along with ample sized kitchen and bedrooms. I will definitely recommend moving here. It's an upgrade from our current apartment living!Review from Apartments.com
DON'T MOVE HERE
November 9, 20211. Office staff is not helpful. They say they are going to do something and they don't They never answer the phone or return messages. 2. My rent charges are always wrong. I'm always overcharged and then I get late fees and I have to spend hours trying to get someone to take them off. See #1. 3. Trash is not always picked up on time so there is always garbage in the breezeway . When you complain to management....well refer to #1. 4. There is so much dog poop that never gets cleaned up. NEVER. ...It's gross. 5. There "dog park" is a 12 X 8 patch of sand with some broke down unsafe obstacles and littered with dog poop and cigarette butts. 6. They have allowed tenants to smoke cigarettes and marijuana in their apartments, including a maintenance employee. So the surrounding apartments smell like it too. Since we all share a ventilation system. The tenants complained and instead of evicting the employee they just moved him to another apartment. See #1. 7. When I tried to go above the management here at the apartments, I have never received a call or email back. Thank You Angela. needs improvement
July 30, 2021Front office and maintenance are very slow. If something breaks, it takes weeks to months to get it fixed. They have one dumpster for the entire complex and it’s constantly overflowing. They have “valet trash pick up” where garbage collects outside people’s doors all weekend until they pick it up which is stinky and unsightly.Review from Apartments.com

great place to live
May 2, 2021The apartment is pretty much quiet and conducive for sleeping. The staff in the office are always polite and helpful. So far, everything has been good since I moved in October last year. I appreciate that there is a washer and dryer, though located outside the main space of the apartment, it’s still good to have one. I love valet trash pickup. It’s just very convenient. I would recommend this place for anyone who likes a good night sleep.Review from Apartments.com
