Big mistake if you sign a lease here
January 27, 2022Big mistake if you sign a lease here. Make sure before you sign the lease they let you know about all the fees that you have to pay, $40 a month for garbage $10 a month for administration fees five dollars a month for pest control that they never send, $12 a month for rent us insurance that does not cover your personal belongings only their property. If you have a pet they charge you but yet there’s a lot of people here who bring their own pets that haven’t even paid the pet fee and they don’t ...even catch up with them to charge them. And half the time their dogs in oasis and they come after you a dog and you got to worry about being attacked or your dog being attacked and getting hurt and it’s not right and they don’t even send letters out asking people to keep the dogs on leashes or clean up after and dogs and you’re constantly stepping in dog poop it’s disgusting. Half the time the people that collect the garbage park in the handicap spots and they don’t even take your garbage when you put it out and nothing gets done about it when you complain. In the garbage and furniture that gets put between buildings 29 and 30 is constantly building up to where kids set fire to the ready and it almost caught fire to the building where you have to worry about coming home to no apartment and losing all your stuff. Worst place to live!
December 31, 2020The AC in our building has been out for a week and a half no one had the common courtesy to inform us that it was broken. The house is over 80degrees this place is unfathomable! Cannot wait for my lease to end!!Review from Apartments.com
Just NO
January 18, 2020For 9 years I dealt with these people and community. They almost never answer the phones and never call back. Most of the bad reviews are on point. Trash, infested, no amenities and mold. As many times as the A/C leaked and the maintenance had to come fix the A/C were more than I can count on my hands. The A/C was next to my kids room. When moving out this past Oct ‘19 we saw all the damage it had caused, MOLD EVERYWHERE! (I have pictures) My son became extremely sick during the past year and now ...I know why.
