New Management is amazing!
August 1, 2025Raisa from the leasing office has taken care of me. The new maintenance is great the couple of times I've called on them recently. I'm about to renew my lease for the 6th time. Absolutely terrible management, maintenance never fixes anything, front office is rude and the manager is absolutely disrespectful and unprofessional. October 12, 2023Should be no stars. This place is terrible from their unprofessional and inexperienced staff that changes every other day. To the sorry maintenance men they hire who do nothing but mark work orders as complete that have never been actually taken care of and last but not least RATS. RATS. RATS. ...RATS. We've been dealing with this rat problem for months now and we've been getting told someone would be out too are apartment and have yet to get any help from this no good company. You are on you own constantly changing management!
October 3, 2023Apartments are old and not well maintained. Management company changes constantly. A very sad place with nothing to offer pool is never open, gym is a joke, security gate does not work, placing a maintenance order is a waste time maintenance order get deleted by management. Rats and cockroaches infestation, trash all over, parking lot is like you live in a construction side. Two years living here, dishwasher doesn’t work, lost count how many time request to be fixed and orders either get deleted ...or marked like fixed but nobody showed up to the apartment. Every month the amount of rent is different so forget about having peace of mind and setting up direct payment. Don't move here
July 1, 2023All amenities are never available. Trash is constantly overflowing. Front gate has never worked, cars have been broke into. Maintenance is useless, manager is rude and negligent. Rent is being raised yet 75 percent of the gym's machines are broken, the pool doesn't open until August and the front office is never available. Very poorly managed...Review from Apartments.com

September 2, 2022Disrespectful leasing Manager and assistant manager. Every other day you have a water lock off. Had a sewage leak and reported it online they did not fix it and put the request as fixed, they also delete your service request. Apartment has gates that you receive gate codes and cards for that is never closed. My car got broken into twice! No security cameras no functioning gates no security no form of secureness whatsoever. The pool opened at the end of summer and the best days of summer it ...remained closed citing it being serviced. Property Management Deletes Maintenance Reuqest
July 19, 2022DONT LIVE HERE. Wow where to start. There is trash piled up by the dumpsters. The valet trash service which is supposed to come every day comes at best twice a week. I was told by advenir management they won’t fix my broken door after begging them for six months to fix it. They just stated, “oh we don’t fix doors”. Excuse me- I pay for this apartment and you won’t fix a door that leads to the outside that was broken by weather? They do not call back. The community manager is NEVER in office. They ...have new staff every month. They don’t answer phone calls, they don’t return phone calls, they don’t answer emails. I had an overflowing sink and emergency maintenance never showed and then I had to go to the office every day for week to come fix my kitchen sink. All they had to do was make a ten minute phone call to a plumber. DO NOT LIVE HERE. At no point have I experienced a single negative situation here. Any inevitable problems or issues that occur are worked around and fixed as quickly as possible. March 3, 2020Unfortunately the property has switched management several times over the last 4 years and hasn’t done their due diligence along the way. When I received two water bills this month, I called to have the second removed (after emailing with no response). They said I didn’t pay the previous month because it went to...my former roommate...who moved out in June of last year. The current lease doesn’t have her name on it. So here we are 9 months later with fees going to the incorrect tenants, no ...willingness by the business to OWN that mistake and waive the standard fee, and an attitude from the property manager.Property Manager Responded

Definition of a joke
December 26, 2019If you are on the fence about this place, please let me be the one to help you. This place has been a disaster since I moved in, and unfortunately I am locked into this lease until August. First off, I was lied to from the start. I was moving from out of state, and so I needed 100% honesty over the phone Since I couldn’t visit in person. I was shown pictures of a different until of course... promising it would be the same. I agreed on a screened in patio below terrace. This for whatever reason ...has no fencing like the picture showed, so I cant keep my dog outside like I wanted to. I was also told it was dog friendly with plenty of accommodations and a dog park that they would not show me pictures of... probably because it's not even a dog park. My large dog can jump over if he wanted and the other can squeeze right through the fencing... but the child's playground is a chain linked fence so that makes sense. Also there’s no dog trash cans around.They'll turn off your water all the time. And also you pay for things like pest control and trash valet, but the valet only comes sometimes and there's bugs everywhere. Its a joke. Also just about everything came broken in the house - but I'm sure paying as if its not! And also they don't accommodate with issues. If the trash doesn't come that's my problem... and I'm supposed to put the trash back in my house. No compensation. This huge package also came in that was for another resident... so I called the office to tell them so they could get it before Christmas. They don't care about their residents though so the package is still outside my door. Even though this is a place I LEASE and situations like this are not my problem - but there's. They'll respond to this asking me to call them but nothings going to change. I could go on with more, but to close out this place is the definition of a joke. Just waiting for the place to have an overall review of one star. Just a matter of time.Property Manager Responded
