Used to be affordable
September 29, 2024New landlord took over, implemented alot of changes. Will not respond to emails and questions. Has tried getting people to use online portal to pay for rent when before we could drop off check in drop off box. Now we have to go to des moines to drop off rent or pay anywhere between 2.99-6.99 processing fee to pay online. And it took over week just to come out of account so showed was "late". Not safest area as my gas tank has been hit few times so had to get gas lock can cquse of the area is ...busy road. In process of looking else where to liveRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
