        The location is convenient to restaurants and Vanderbilt. Nice Amenities. The cleaning staff does a good job cleaning the common areas. The apartment shares the pool with the attached hotel so it is often crowded. Elevators are often not functioning. The butterfly system which allows remote access to guests and deliveries is often broken. The front door which requires a key fob to open is often broken allowing random nonresidents access to our lobby. I have found nonresidents sleeping in ...
        the lobby numerous times. The mailroom is not adequate for the apartment size. The office staff exhibits poor communication and does not respond to requests timely. The dog park is too small and often "dirty".

      • Where do I start?

        Tonight as I sit in my 11th floor apartment the fire alarm is going off! Is there a fire? No. This is how it is most of the time. If there ever really is a fire we will surely burn cause although you may be able to get into the stairwell you will never get out of them cause all the exit doors lock down when the alarm is going off. Ok moving on, the parking garage is sketchy. I have seen drug deals go down, homeless people living out of their cars will come into the garage cause it’s cheaper and ...
        they think safer than staying at a hotel. They leave their vehicle running in case anyone approaches they can get out of there. Hey it’s $30. for a night stay. I see all this cause I take my pup down to the disgusting Dog Run that is barely kept up. Some weekends it’s filled with dog poop from front to back. My husband and I have addressed this many times with office staff only to be given one lie after the next about how they are having meetings and they are going to be installing cameras. Talked to another resident who has lived here for 2 years prior to us and she said they have been using the same speel ever since they got here. Same crap and nothing gets done. We’re out of here when our lease is up. Good riddance!

        Dozens of car break-ins in the parking deck. It had been an ongoing problem for over a year. Management does not have cameras installed in parking deck despite this being a common occurrence. They will not reimburse for any car break in. Doors are also constantly unlocked.

        The units are extremely overpriced for the area. The parking garage is a nightmare with tourists and valet drivers not driving appropriately. The pool is a nightmare on the weekends with bachelorette parties from the connected hotel. They have a car wash that has been closed for months. You are charged $25 / month for valet trash, even though there is a chute on every floor and a $5 convenience fee on every utility bill even if you pay via checking account. There are numerous parking ...
        spots blocked off with caution tape in the area for resident parking. Very difficult to get a hold of office staff.

The trash fee does not go towards the valet trash pick up, but covers the cost of trash removal from the compactors and cardboard recycling container. We do need to close our car wash during the winter/cold months, but we are happy to report is has been open since April for our residents to utilize! We appreciate hearing information like this so we can make positive changes to our community that our residents want to see.         This place sucks. It's advertised as being a luxury high rise but this couldn't be further from the truth. People throw parties on Monday nights (and every other night of the week too) so if you like your sleep, don't move here. Also, they have trash chutes, conveniently blocked by all the trash all over the floor so high you can't open the doors or even get your trash where it's suppose to go. The staff here are also extremely unprofessional and rude. Also, don't be fooled by them having a ...
        "concerige".. she's never there. The dog park was suppose to be closed for a couple weeks and it's now been 3 months. Honestly just avoid this place at all costs. There's much better places for half the price than this frat house.
