This has been the worst living experience I have ever had. The management team is, without question, the most disorganized and unprofessional I have dealt with. Their processes are poor, communication is inconsistent, and tenants are placed at a disadvantage as a result. I strongly recommend documenting everything and maintaining your own records, as management does not reliably track or honor their commitments.
I was explicitly promised one free month of rent, which I never received because ...
management claims they “lost” my money order—after I had already moved in. That issue was never properly resolved.
Additionally, I provided valid renter’s insurance at move-in, yet I was charged monthly for renter’s insurance regardless, including charges that continued after my move-out date. Getting those charges removed required repeated follow-ups and unnecessary effort.
To make matters worse, I am now receiving messages stating that I failed to return my keys, despite physically handing them in as I exited the building for the final time. This pattern of mismanagement, incorrect billing, and false claims is unacceptable.
Overall, this management team is extremely difficult to work with, unhelpful, and unreliable. I would strongly caution anyone considering living here to proceed carefully.
