January 31, 2019I am an anonymous canine who happily calls AFFINITY on the SH “ home”. The STAFF here are totally wonderful..they are friendly and professional to my human who calls them “ like a 2nd family”. The office ,maintenance and housekeeping humans are the best ..keeping my home looking good and running well! I get pets and scratches all the time and offers to be dog sat by so many! The grounds on and around Affinity are perfect for me to take my owner for a walk..and when I need a break from keeping ...her entertained there are many places in the neighborhood for her to socialize with other humans without fur babes...I give it a 5 bone rating!!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

The staff are always super happy and helpful, and the residents are always planning adventures, helping each other out and having fun. Reasonable pricing, a M-F continental breakfast and twice-a-week happy hour for residents! Great retirement location
August 7, 2015Reasonable rent considering everything is included, utilities, cable, wifi, gym, pool. There are lots of activities organized by the residents like bowling, cards, bbq's etc. There is a movie theater, library and outside BBQ with a kitchen, pub, craft rooms and game rooms for all to enjoy.Review from Apartments.com
