    The last review from over three years ago, wow. Things have definitely changed! I was treated with respect, and the office staff were phenomenal in helping me get moved in. The community is beautiful, well-maintained and clean. Their activity program is beyond what you would expect! There's always something to do. I enjoy coming down to the Community Room, visiting with other residents and taking part in their free continental breakfast. I couldn't be happier that I chose Affinity at Walla ...

  • The Application Process was a Nightmare.

    After inquiring about the complex, I asked to view a copy of the rental/lease contract along with a list of the community rules and regulations. I was denied this without explanation. I live outside of the Walla Walla area and was seriously interested in becoming a resident as I am a senior and disabled and wanted to know more about the community prior to applying. The intake staff couldn't have been more rude and unhelpful. I was refused the opportunity to review these documents and told I ...
    could see them after I applied and was approved. What are they hiding I am retired, great credit, no criminal history, fantastic pension, etc, etc, etc. And still, I was refused the opportunity to see a copy of the lease. WHY I told my friend who lives in the complex about this situation and was told that the mgmt. can be overly and aggressively demanding of the residents. Also, I was told that certain residents, who apparently don't have a life, that these snoopy little old ladies get in your business and spread gossip like wildfire. It appears I dodged a bullet by "NOT" applying to live in this asylum.
