I have lived here for 5 years and for the most part it has been great. Last year we got a new property management company and I’m afraid they’re not as concerned about the place as previous one. For several months I had been asking them to send out an e-mail to residents reminding them to pick up their pets waste. They haven’t done it yet. There is pet waste everywhere!!!!
Also, they drained the pool about one month ago for repairs. Nothing has been started yet. Residents don’t know when or even ...
if repairs are going to be done, or if the pool is even going to open. There is no communication to residents .
