I have lived here for 5 years and for the most part it has been great. Last year we got a new property management company and I’m afraid they’re not as concerned about the place as previous one. For several months I had been asking them to send out an e-mail to residents reminding them to pick up their pets waste. They haven’t done it yet. There is pet waste everywhere!!!!
Also, they drained the pool about one month ago for repairs. Nothing has been started yet. Residents don’t know when or even ...
if repairs are going to be done, or if the pool is even going to open. There is no communication to residents .

Very nice quiet community. Maintenance irdeddd get answered quickly. Staff at the front office are really kind and always greet and strike a convo when I come in to get a coffee and snack.

Recent conditions re: pets and their owners patrolling their waste is inexcusable and should be addressed.
Swimming pool appears to be open to the public and completely unmonitored. More and more, un-insured, unregistered vehicles all over the property along with endless amounts of discarded trash. The residents have to be respectful of neighbors and the property or they should be disciplined and fined.
Communication of events at pool, trash pick up etc.by office staff is non existent. Notice ...

They are adding extra charges to our monthly rent bills without our knowledge. Extra charge for trash added on top of our valet trash. Plus Spectrum is now wanting to charge us $10 a month on top of are bulk package we pay in our rent. I’ve been here 5 years and have never paid these charges.
The office doesn’t seem to have legit answers I said they will find out. This is extra trash charge has been going on for a minute now that started looking on previous months. I couldn’t figure out why ...
