September 6, 2025Recent conditions re: pets and their owners patrolling their waste is inexcusable and should be addressed. Swimming pool appears to be open to the public and completely unmonitored. More and more, un-insured, unregistered vehicles all over the property along with endless amounts of discarded trash. The residents have to be respectful of neighbors and the property or they should be disciplined and fined. Communication of events at pool, trash pick up etc.by office staff is non existent. Notice ...of office closures are always prompt. Recommended rules and restrictions have no observation or enforcement, thus no benefit.Property Manager Responded

September 1, 2025They are adding extra charges to our monthly rent bills without our knowledge. Extra charge for trash added on top of our valet trash. Plus Spectrum is now wanting to charge us $10 a month on top of are bulk package we pay in our rent. I’ve been here 5 years and have never paid these charges. The office doesn’t seem to have legit answers I said they will find out. This is extra trash charge has been going on for a minute now that started looking on previous months. I couldn’t figure out why ...it was always different. The trash compactor isn’t the residence responsibility. It is property management’s responsibility.Property Manager Responded
