February 20, 2026The comfort of knowing that I was safe living here is gone. We now have a public parking garage with zero cameras. Both of my cars have been broken into and the office of course can’t do anything about it. There’s a sign when driving in that says “not responsible for theft or burglary” but you are responsible for making our parking public. Residents are being allowed to use their apartments as air bnb’s which means now anyone and everyone may have a code to get into each one of our floors and ...hallways. Because of that, I’ve had packages come up missing. Ever since we went to key pads for entry, the security level is at a 0. November 30, 2025I move here to Agave 1 month ago and I am loving it. I walk every morning on the river walk and to HEB and every Cool restaurant. The apartment complex it’s very nice and Modern. Love that it’s Quite and secured. I always see Packages on the halls or next to elevator and No One takes them. That makes me Feel Safe. October 28, 2025This is a great place to live! The location is fantastic. The river is at the back door the location at South St. Mary’s and Cesar. Chavez is extremely good as far as traffic goes getting in and out of the complex.! The maintenance staff is exceptional when you need them. September 26, 2025I enjoy living here the neighbors are for the most part nice and friendly. The upgrades to the property are great but the new management is not so friendly and have not gotten to know the residents like they used to.
