May 6, 2025Moving to Agave was a great idea. We are uniquely positioned within walking distance to all downtown areas as well as Southtown! It’s really wonderful location. We love how Melissa and Charlene love our pups every morning and jazz them up for the day. The leasing agents and maintenance crew are quick to respond take care of anything that needs attention. May 1, 2025The trash shoot is still broken. It smells like trash on the third floor. This is also the second time I’ve put in a ticket and it still broke. I don’t think that it will ever get fixed.Property Manager Responded

May 1, 2025I enjoy being a resident at these apartments have been living here now 2 years and look forward to possibly being here a few years. Management has been nothing but good to us and the activity’s they plan for us residents are very much appreciated. Food truck Thursdays are the best I appreciate not having to cook for a day. April 10, 2025So far so good moving in. Leasing agent was helpful and made every effort to correct anything wrong. I feel at home. It's a quiet apartment complex and seems to have thick walls so you don't have to fear listening to music or watching a movie a little loud.Property Manager Responded

April 3, 2025I've been living at Agave for a while now, and overall, I would describe it as a decent place to live. There’s nothing particularly outstanding about it, but at the same time, there’s nothing really problematic either. The apartment itself is functional and gets the job done. The amenities are adequate, and maintenance responds within a reasonable time when needed. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, and I haven’t encountered any major issues with noise or disturbances.
