November 30, 2025I move here to Agave 1 month ago and I am loving it. I walk every morning on the river walk and to HEB and every Cool restaurant. The apartment complex it’s very nice and Modern. Love that it’s Quite and secured. I always see Packages on the halls or next to elevator and No One takes them. That makes me Feel Safe. I Can Not Wait for summer to go inside the pool and roof rop for bbq.Property Manager Responded

October 28, 2025This is a great place to live! The location is fantastic. The river is at the back door the location at South St. Mary’s and Cesar. Chavez is extremely good as far as traffic goes getting in and out of the complex.! The maintenance staff is exceptional when you need them. September 26, 2025I enjoy living here the neighbors are for the most part nice and friendly. The upgrades to the property are great but the new management is not so friendly and have not gotten to know the residents like they used to.
