January 15, 2020The signs that say "Newly renovated must be a lie because I moved in 3 months ago and these are my complaints already. Moved in with the carpet not ready. Doorknobs also not ready. Cabinets seem to be good for the termite. I call for maintenance and they dont put in my request until I call a few times. Roaches are everywhere no matter how clean the place is. My water was running my bill up and I called maintenance for a month before having it dealt with. Neighbors are rude with annoying music ...at night.Property Manager Responded

January 6, 2018I want to say thak you to the owners that decided to put a new manager in these apartments ...This new manager is doing such a good job and very understanding..this is what we needed....i have been hear for 3years and a few months and now its a good place to rent and they are remodoling the apartments and we have washer and dryers... Bad Management
June 4, 2017Management is rude the hand out evocation for no reason, say like leaving your shoes out side off your door they is also giving violation to people for having pet and this people never had a pet in there unit the dumpsters is always overflowing all on to the parking lot . They have had the water to unit turned off in the middle of the day with out and notice,! pool just close down with no exportation laundry room have been locked with no heads up the lady's that works in the office is some stuck ...up people they talk to people with no respect and there is bugs like no other.Property Manager Responded

Awful place to live
March 1, 2017This is located in a horrible neighborhood! Lots of gunshots nearby and police helicopters always shining their spotlights on this complex. The buildings are poorly maintained and my unit in need of remodeling. Rent should be cheaper. Check for bug infestations in your unit before you sign a lease!Review from Apartments.com
