I would honestly rate my experience here around 2 stars, if not lower. Since moving in, I’ve had several issues that have made the experience much more frustrating than it should be.
Maintenance has been one of the biggest problems. I’ve submitted multiple requests, including an issue with my freezer that was marked as fixed even though it was never actually fixed. I’ve also had other maintenance requests where the work wasn’t done correctly the first time, which meant having to submit another
...request and wait even longer. On top of that, I’ve had to put in requests shortly after moving in for things that should have been checked and taken care of before a new tenant moved into the unit.
Communication with management has also been disappointing. There have been multiple instances where things were not communicated properly, follow-ups didn’t happen, or it felt like conversations and requests were simply forgotten. As a tenant, I shouldn’t have to continuously follow up just to make sure something is being handled.
I understand that maintenance issues happen and things can get busy, but when the same problems with communication, follow-through, and incomplete work continue happening, it becomes frustrating. There needs to be much better communication between management, maintenance, and residents, along with better quality control before apartments are considered ready for move-in.
