April 23, 2024Run fast & don’t look back I recommend looking for a different apartment complex! I wish me & my husband can up & leave! Our apartment is infested with ants & roaches & trust me we aren’t dirty people at all, & paint is chipping off & mold growing im so disappointed we signed a lease here with 2 little ones. Excellent Place to live!

Apartments are very spacious; grounds are kept beautiful and the office staff is very attentive and so nice to work with. Not worth the price
August 14, 2021One of the worst experience with an apartment complex. I had the opportunity to walk the apartment before signing the lease and I told the office what I found. I ask them if they could get it take care of before move in and they said ok. On lease day signing (1wk) later nothing was done. When I put in a work order it takes a week for maintenance to come in and I would have to call for them to come out at that. RUN FAR
July 30, 2021I don't leave reviews often but I don't recommend these apartments to anyone. We get huge spiders and roaches for a while (I've never had them before) along with other random bugs and ants here and there. We are supposed to have pest control but they never seem to show up and when they finally did wouldn't enter my apartment because there was a "loose, aggressive dog" which is not the case, my PUPPY is always in her cage when we leave as she tears stuff up when we are not around. We got a ...complaint that my dog was on the porch crying and barking all day, she doesn't go on the porch because she eats my plants.. The closet doors are always breaking and its hard to get anyone out to fix them. Our AC unit broke down multiple times and they were out to do a quick fix that never lasted. Finally they figured they would replace the line and they had to cut into my wall and never replaced the drywall just left it open and exposed. And they only came out because it was leaking into the downstairs apartment. They didn't leave the dehumidifier in the apartment long enough causing the wall, floor and my tv stand to mold. Which they will probably just paint over as they've painted over many bugs and spider webs prior to our move in. Also the grounds are not taken care of other than mowing. They have a bridge over the pond with protruding nails and broken boards and the "dog park" is run down with nails sticking out of the obstacles. I had a violation for having a dead plant on my back porch that can't be seen from the road but as I walk through the community I see many other people with trash on there porches. Thankfully we are moving out but this has been a disaster too. We have called countless times to tell them our move out date but no one answers the phone. So I sent an email and got no response. Finally had time to go into the office and sign paperwork stating the date only to get this insane bill and the staff stating we had not given them a date so we were being billed for 27 days not 10 as it should have been. GREAT PLACE TO LIVE!!
August 28, 2019I have lived here almost a year and I love it here.The landscaping is so beautiful and I can sit on my lanai and look at the lake. The office staff are amazing and I feel very safe here. The community events are fun and the pool is very nice.Property Manager Responded

Worst apartment experience ever!
November 22, 2018The office is extremely unprofessional and overtime will become more rude when you report issues. Not only are the kids extremely loud and disrespectful, so are their parents. The water is shut off at any moment and your mail is not safe.Property Manager Responded

Don’t move in
June 28, 2018I lived there for three years and it was to expensive for what it is the office girls are incredibly rude they have a bug problem the people are trash that live there the kids only have a swing set at the “park” which is broken most of the time it is not as pretty as it looks in the pictures and has very outdated appliancesProperty Manager Responded

Do Not Move Here!!!Bugs!!!
June 10, 2018I have been living here for 2 years now, we moved in with different management then these guys bought them out and changed it to Agora and we have had nothing but problems. Ladies in office have attitudes. We have had huge spiders, tons of roaches, and now termite problems as well! They changed to the door to door trash which made things worse and now we have tons of mosquitos right by our front door and in our apartment all the time. They say new cabinets and countertops but all they have done ...was replace the cabinet doors to make them look good and countertops are a joke and falling apart. They raised the rent prices and I personally think it is NOT worth living here! We have seen many people move in and out of this place like a gas station because that’s how bad it is. When our lease is up we are out too. Do yourself a favor and don’t be fooled.Property Manager Responded

A little pricey
September 15, 2015The grounds are very clean, pool is beautiful, staff is accomidating and super nice. However the price of rent is a little high for area and it doesn't include a lot. There is a dog park which is nice, but no park for kids, just a few swings.Review from Apartments.com

August 21, 2015I have Been living here at the Lakes at Port Richey for over a Year now and All I can say about this apartment complex is WOW! From the amazing staff in the office, who are there to help you with anything you could need to Make you feel like your apartment is a home. To the beautiful Grounds of the Property that are clean and lush and tropical it makes you feel like you are on a vacation whenever you get home.
