Waste removal needs to be monitored to prevent unpleasant odors on the floors.
There is a critical need for parking spaces, which are currently unavailable.

We need to fix issues with home cleaning around the building—especially lower patio areas. We need to have better trash take-away. Fix the rooms, especially bathrooms, and laundry areas. Please put efforts in you maintain not just the outside look, but also cleaning the areas not just covering up.

Absolutely terrible, do not live here unless you like bugs, trash and noisy people. The management doesnt care and there is no lease enforcement for rules.

This apartment home experience from move in, to exisiting now. Has been awful. They postponed our move in by three days, leaving us spending more money. Once we were able to get in, they put us in the wrong unit and never updated the wwebsite to the correct unit layouts. Everything is a lie, there are hidden fees. No one is honest and transparent. Don't live here.
