February 19, 2026I Sincerely enjoy living here at Alamo Residences at Spurs Lane. I have been a Resident here since May of 2024. The peace and quiet this Great community offers is Very Nice. I Truly enjoy My Little Oasis, My Ow piece of Paradise living here. The Management and Maintenance Staff are Second to None!. They Always Welcome and Greet you with a Smile. Kiara, Cristina, Alyssa and John make a Great Team. They’re all Very Knowledgeable, Courteous and Friendly. They Always stay on top of things. They’re ...always ready to take care of anything the Residents address / bring to their attention. They Get The Job Done! John takes care of all and every work order request that the residents submit. He always strives to take care of the problem/issue the work order has addressed ASAP. I like the fact that the Management Team Truly takes Pride in doing Special Things for their Residents here at ARSL. This really makes me feel the Management Team truly cares about making their residents feel Appreciated and Special. They always do special things for their residents during Holidays. They decorate the Leasing Office very nice to compliment the specific Holiday. They have delicious treats and eats for their residents. January 5, 2026I toured this apartment community today and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The leasing office was beautifully decorated and immediately felt welcoming and like a safe space. I loved how thoughtfully their flyers and resident event information were displayed—it really showed how much care goes into building a sense of community. Alyssa was absolutely wonderful to talk to. She answered every question I had and even provided additional information for questions I didn’t know I ...needed to ask. The office staffs professionalism and kindness truly stood out. The apartment homes themselves were so spacious, with a huge kitchen island and plenty of pantry space. The layout felt perfect—open, comfortable, and very functional. On top of that, the location is incredibly convenient, especially being so close to the medical center. I would definitely recommend this property. Great Place to Live
July 5, 2024I moved in in March 24' and it's been great. The only problem is the city decided to rebuild Floyd Curl Dr so there is noisy construction all day and lots of extra dust on your car. Other than that the place is great. Rent is pricey but you actually get value here for your dollar. HEB is 2.1 miles away and the VA Audie Murphy is right down the street. So far we are satisfied with our stay and the management is very good. Matinence has fixed our few issues quickly. July 3, 2024The Alamo Residence has been a great 1st time apartment for me. They provide great customer and maintenance services and are on top of working to become better if there’s something needing to be fixed. The apartments are beautiful and new so there was no worries of things being broken or dirty and they allow you to tour the apartments with many flexible hours. The leasing team and managers have been kind and always willing to jump into action to improve Alamo Residence. Parking is not an issue ...since there is still many apartment options available but even parking in the main big parking is not a far walk for either of the buildings 1-3 . it’s a small community and it’s been very quiet and clean with no problems arising yet. Security is always driving around and even without a gate the community still feels safe. The place is beautiful at its full of lights at night so no matter where you walk around the apartments it’s always lit up and doesn’t feel unsafe to be out at night. I’d recommend and would definitely renew my lease when time comes.Property Manager Responded
