Staff is friendly, I moved in while the office was still closed for COVID and they were quick to respond and still really helpful. Units are nice and spacious, and most are renovated. I’ve had to call maintenance a few times for simple things and they always handle my requests in a day or 2. Conveniently located too! Most other tenants I’ve talked to have been there for at least a few years. Great complex overall!

I was asked to share my feedback by a staff member based off my tour experience only so I want to do that because of how well it went. I searched 7 apartments today and this way by far the best place. Happy staff and happy residents coming in and saying hi. Someone even brought Starbucks for a staff member while I was sitting at a desk. The apartment I saw was very nice and above what I expected for the age of the property. The staff was ...very nice and all three of them said hello to my family during our tour. They even said they let people move within the first month for any reason without any penalty. Super cool policy that I haven’t heard before. Check this place out.Read More
