March 12, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comUnfortunately, because of constant "water turn off issues" due to, as I understand it, pipe erosion plus VENDOR MISMANAGEMENT (last one had residents without ANY water for approximately 24 hours), I had no choice but to give a low score. This community would also benefit from on site cameras in certain places like entrance gates and in the case of the townhouse area, where garbage bins are located .. Alanza Place is a decent place to live but to achieve 5 stars requires 5 star improvements ...... Adding lighting at night is a security plus ...
