Everything is out of date so the price definitely goes with what you get. I didn't always feel safe. Most of the time I tried to be upstairs in my apartment before the sun went down because the guys that lived across from me would stand out on the balcony smoking marijuana. I informed the office about my concern but as far as I knew, nothing was ever done ...because things didn't change. I should have done more research but the price was in my budget at 20 years old.Read More

The only thing I will say are the neighbors aren't always the greatest but that is more because of the population of Odessa. For the price this is a great place to live.
