June 25, 2025Beautiful property huge Pool and Amanda was great. She actually got off her chair and greeted me. Mold in apartments
October 19, 2024Even though they are cheap. I highly don’t recommend it here. There is mold in the apartments and the maintenance just covers it up with paint and that’s it. Even if you contact the property manager, she doesn’t do anything about it.Review from Apartments.com
Worst Experience
January 3, 2018This was my first time living completely on my own after graduating high school as it as not a great experience. Management was no help at all. Everything is out of date so the price definitely goes with what you get. I didn't always feel safe. Most of the time I tried to be upstairs in my apartment before the sun went down because the guys that lived across from me would stand out on the balcony smoking marijuana. I informed the office about my concern but as far as I knew, nothing was ever done ...because things didn't change. Great price, nice staff
July 28, 2015I really liked living here. Maintenance is very friendly and very prompt. The office staff also is helpful. The only thing I will say are the neighbors aren't always the greatest but that is more because of the population of Odessa. For the price this is a great place to live.Review from Apartments.com
