I’m very uncomfortable here, some of the people are rude and make me feel unwelcome! They go so far as to make rude comments in front of my young grandchildren! So unnecessary!

Generally a great place to live. Would appreciate the company finding the cause of bad odors in hallways and not just covering them up with toxic, hidden in overhead vents, artificial deodorizers. The exercise classes have slowly been reduced over time which is unfortunate. Maintenance staff are great. Upkeep has been good.

The community is very well maintained and the staff Marcedez and Heather are accommodating and knowledgeable. I love the pool and all the amenities at Album.

We have not lived in an apartment since 1974, and when it was time to move into a 55-and-over community, it was a tough decision. I wanted to stay in Benbrook for lots of reasons. This property was pretty new, so we chose Album. We have two friends who live here, and they loved it. We moved in October, and it was pretty much what we expected. Album is a great place to live! There is always plenty of activities going on to choose from. Or you can be a couch potato it's your choice. No pressure! The staff is very good and always pleasant. Maintenance is quick to respond to any issues you may have. I have been here more than 2 years and have no complaints. Come join us!
