it’s for short time
September 18, 2022Their apartments are OK if you take care of them , they have large closets, quiet places during the day and at night everyone is respectful, I think it's a bit rude that they come into the house when you're not there. they have the key of all Apartments so they can enter in your absence for pest control etc. If not, apart from that, it's a good place to live for a while, they maintain their buildings, gardens and swimming pools very well. It's a safe place with large space large bedrooms. I ...give five stars for good management everyone is nice. If you want to live there you will just have to maintain your Apartments well because their materials are of cheap quality, each apartment needs good maintenance from the tenant.Property Manager Responded

my experience
May 13, 2020Worse apartments I have ever been to. Very sketchy and unprofessional. They don’t document anything in their computer when it comes to issues and only worried about rent but not the tenants. As well as they scheme when you move out. They purposely damage the apartment take pictures of the damages they made and claim you owe them for it. If you decide to move here I highly advise to take pictures before you get settled in and take pictures before you move out. DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE CON YOU. AS ...WELL AS MAKE THEM GO THROUGH THE FULL LEASE WITH YOU BECAUSE THEY DO TRY TO SKIM THROUGH IT WITHOUT POINTING OUT THE KEY PARTS.
