Aldara Apartments Is the BEST
January 8, 2025I’ve had nothing but a positive experience at Aldara Apartment Homes! The property is beautifully maintained, and the apartments are modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The leasing team is incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything I need. They truly go above and beyond to make sure residents feel at home. The maintenance team deserves a special shoutout—they’re prompt, efficient, and always ensure everything is handled with care. It’s rare to find a ...place where requests are addressed so quickly and thoroughly! Beyond that, the amenities are convenient, and the community is a welcoming vibe. I also love how quiet and peaceful it is, which makes coming home after a long day even better. Don't move here
August 1, 2024This place is terrible. They don't fix anything. They don't keep records. Gave them 30 days notice that I planned on leaving according to my lease. They told me it had to be 60 days when I pulled out the lease to show that they said 30 they backtracked. Then on the day I was leaving I showed up to give them my keys and they were like you never told us you were leaving. I showed them the paperwork. They didn't know how much my prorated amount was. They said I will be hit with a cleaning fee even ...though when I moved in they made me buy a $100,000 bond to cover repairs and cleaning. I am sure I haven't heard the last of this Also one time they checked my A/C for routine checkup. Which it was working prior to this and then it stopped. We asked them to come back and fix it. They did after a week but then the water heater stopped working the moment they fixed the AC. So we had them come back in to fix the water heater, which then the master shower didn't have cold water after that. It could be a coincidence but the timing felt like they were breaking things on purpose.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
