So far so good in the month and a half we’ve a been here. Rooms are spacious and nice, haven’t had any noise complaints, neighbors are really friendly. My only grips are some of the amenities. The package room is chaotic with packages all over the place making it hard to find where mine is and (while I know this isn’t the fault of the apartment.) Amazon drivers won’t leave packages in the Lux Box which has me questioning why am I even paying for it. I also wish the gym equipment was better ...
because it clearly needs updating. It works fine and does the job but it’s literally rusting.

Every large apartment complexes have their challenges, Alden Park is absolutely isnt perfect. But that being said all in all, i love living here.

The facilities and apartment are great and we love them along with our neighbors, but it always feels like a struggle to reach the office to ask questions. My vehicle was hit in the parking lot over night and I called and left a message for the office with no call back. That seems to always be the case for the front office here.

Move in process was simple and employees were helpful. If you’re looking for privacy and security, Alden park is the place to live. A gate to get in and out of the entrance, fobs for every door and security 24/7.

My rental agent, Jamira is very professional, helpful & nice. The move in was good. I love the amenities. Was thrown off by the access gates being torn down by someone on my first day in my new apartment complex. It was a relief to see they fixed it a couple of days later.

Comfortable and safe community, incredible amenities. Beautiful campus But with a pretty big price tag. The rent is pretty reasonable, but many additional fees get added on (key fob, amenities (non optional), separate utilities but with a flat fee, etc) that get added on.

They have a beautiful community but due to its large property size, depending on where you live, you may think it's a little far. Each building has its own gym, and they have various pool options.

It’s a nice neighborhood but lacks surveillance cameras. Recently there were issues with vandalism and stolen packages, and improvement in security could avoid it.

My new apartment is great and the move was surprisingly smooth. I haven't had a single complaint since I arrived. Everyone in the building has been incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made settling in so much easier. The only small hiccup was navigating the narrow doorways with my larger furniture pieces. A heads-up about that would have been helpful, but it was a minor issue in an otherwise perfect experience. I'm genuinely happy to call this place home.

This place changed thru the years, not the same as when I moved here. In general, I don’t like it anymore. Management hasn’t been nice with current residents. Trying to bring new residents.
