Kim in management and the maintenance team do a great job of keeping the grounds beautiful, and requests are handled so quickly and done well. The pool is perfect in the summer time, and the trails nearby are a quick walk to shops and restaurants. The apartment is beautifully updated inside, and I have always felt safe and comfortable. She is very efficient in getting issues fixed right away. You can tell she cares for the residents and loves her job. This is a wonderful place to live. The complex is very peaceful with respectful neighbors. I highly recommended Alder Creek Apt’s!

It was beautifully appointed, with 2 patios overlooking trees and flowers. Beautiful grounds that are very well-maintained. Whenever there was an issue with my apartment, it was fixed within hours, and followed up on by the great maintenance team. Convenient location, ample parking - a great place to live!

Views are great and for the most part tranquil and quiet. Pet stations are provided as you hope pet owners pick up after their pet. The pool, laundry room, common areas remodeled, 2 covered parking spaces are a great feature! The manager and maintenance staff are great. The rent is fair for such a nice condominium in north county. Highly recommend.

I really enjoy the nearby trails and it is close to shopping and doing errands. The staff is extremely attentive and professional. Any maintenance issues are always taken care of immediately. The landscape is taken care of well. The laundry room and public restroom is always clean and organized. I highly recommend checking Alder Creek Apartments for your short-term or long-term rental needs.

The rooms are roomy and well lit, the kitchen is roomy and the appliances are new, and the hallway storage closet is perfect. The two porches are fantastic, private and covered so we can enjoy being outdoors without feeling like we are in the middle of a complex. The only thing missing is a washer/dryer in unit! But there is a laundry room available, so it is not too much of a hassle. Rent is a little ...steep as well.Read More
