Rent here is ridiculously high. We are literally surrounded by empty apartment buildings in this area. Seems like rent would be more competitively priced.

My wife and I are happy here. Any problems are dealt with promptly. Just enough activities to keep us engaged with other residents. Whether playing pool, pickleball, cards or working out in the gym, there is something to do. The pool area is a nice place to sit and drink a cup of coffee. Nice place to be.

I am a widow who lost her husband after 54 years of wedded bliss and after I sold my home, I moved to ALDERS CROSS CREEK APARTMENTS for the security and convenience of being close to my family and for the convenience of being so close to everything I need like UPS, USPS, restaurants, car wash, and everything else I need so drive time is less than 15 minutes away!
