    I really like my apartment. My only suggestion would be that staff would follow up with residents after maintenance tags a maintenance request as complete. The only way staff knows that the issue still exists is when the resident notifies them.

    Alders has developed a pleasant and livable space where I have felt welcome and at ease. Both Marta and Becky have outstanding customer service qualities addressing my concerns and making me feel welcome. I am glad that I made the choice to live at Alders. I feel that the community spirt and quality of life are superior.

    Alders provides a very safe, comfortable place to live. The building is not only beautiful but is so well maintained. The professionalism and kindness of the staff is awesome. The daily activities provided offer such a variety of things to keep you busy and in touch with other residents. The amenities ( pool, gym, beauty salon, etc) are better than any I’ve seen. Most importantly to me is the feeling of family among the residents.

    Alders Cross Creek offers many fun activities for many interests. The staff is friendly. The exercises classes are excellent . (Yoga, senior strength, aqua aerobics, zumba, and cardio drumming) The "mix and mingles" are fun. They offer top notch entertainment, food and social interaction. It has a "community feel." The amenities are an asset, especially the area by the pool, with many comfortable lounge chairs. Overall, we enjoy living here!
