Potential tenants beware!
October 1, 2016This complex may seem pretty on a tour, but the management leaves a lot to be desired. Things routinely break down (including washers/dryers and the add-value machine in the laundry room. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get laundry done here, unless you pay for your own in-unit machines) and management does not put any sense of urgency into fixing them. There are lots of loud pool parties and barbecues and music blaring and the smell of pot often drifts into my apartment. Fixtures are cheap and old and there ...are safety lights out all over the property. This is advertised as a great value for the Bay Area but trust me when I say half the rent might even be too much for these apartments.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
