November 12, 2024Overall, a good place to live. Spacious apartments, friendly staff, and attentive service. Downsides: painting can be sloppy, units could be cleaner at move-in, and maintenance is sometimes patchwork rather than full repairs. Leasing and maintenance teams are attentive but clearly understaffed, leading to longer turnaround times for requests. The units are also older, and trash can pile up when residents don't use receptacles. Despite these minor setbacks, the positives still outweigh ...them—overall a comfortable and welcoming community.Property Manager Responded

October 18, 2024This is my first apartment living experience so I have nothing to compare it to, but after only 4 weeks I have minimal complaints. It's an aging complex, but maintained, so I can except the normal wear of the property and units. I understand there are plans for new windows and my unit is pleasantly updated (with a few minor aged things) but I love the floor plan, closet & storage space, and management so far has been very easy to work with. The community is peaceful, somewhat charming and my ...neighbors are very welcoming. It has been a good experience so far. Oh, and I love that it is a gated community and the gate guards are the BEST!Property Manager Responded
