Downsides: painting can be sloppy, units could be cleaner at move-in, and maintenance is sometimes patchwork rather than full repairs. Leasing and maintenance teams are attentive but clearly understaffed, leading to longer turnaround times for requests. The units are also older, and trash can pile up when residents don't use receptacles. It's an aging complex, but maintained, so I can except the normal wear of the property and units. I understand there are plans for new windows and my unit is pleasantly updated (with a few minor aged things) but I love the floor plan, closet & storage space, and management so far has been very easy to work with. The community is peaceful, somewhat charming and my ...neighbors are very welcoming. It has been a good experience so far.
