Honestly not bad until you try to move. I am in the middle of buying a house and this place doubled my rent for the last two months because they have ZERO flexibility in their leases. I’ve been a great renter for 2 1/2 years and this place managed to ruin my opinion of them towards the end.

My daughter and I moved in about a month ago. We had looked a multiple options from houses to townhomes to other apartment complexes. What made us choose Aldo? The application process was straightforward, the cost was inline with other places, the staff are very helpful, respectful, and courteous, the amenities suited our needs, the location was spot on, and the apartment and complex in general are well kept with a very livable arrangement.

Love this place! The only thing is that random people show up at your door soliciting. Aside from that the gym has what is necessary. The pool is good and the gazebo too.

Expensive but nice place to live!! Staff is friendly and helpful. Maintenance issues are resolved within 24-48hours. There are plenty of activities up front to enjoy. Highly recommend!!

Great customer service!! They helped us move in quick and Samantha kept in contact with us all through the process. We got money orders to pay the rent and we can’t use them and they us sometime to fix it

They really work hard here to keep this place so clean. I am very happy with my staff here they really go above and beyond. they always say hello and make sure you are doing well. I feel so good ? know that they are here.office staff is awesome and then we have a great maintenance staff .if I could I would give them 20 stars.

Spacious, updated apartments in a nice, tucked away community. Complex is big enough to walk around and 10-15 min walking distance to restaurants, food lion, and sheetz (about a 3-4 min walk) which is super convenient.

Very nice space.. Quiet for the most part.. Grounds are always clean. Under new management. Neighbors have been respectful and quiet. Seems like alot of activities go on for the residents.
