I love the community at Alexan Chelmsford, and the neighbors are wonderful. Unfortunately, my experience with the management and overall property maintenance has been very disappointing.
The outdoor grills are a great amenity in theory, but they frequently don’t work. The trash area is often left completely full and messy, and the hallways and common areas are not cleaned as frequently as they should be.

going missing, being opened, ripped, or damaged in the mailroom. This is especially concerning given that residents should be able to feel that their belongings are reasonably secure within the building.
It’s unfortunate because the community itself has so much potential and the residents are great, but the level of management, maintenance, and attention to security does not match the standard I would expect from a property like this.
