    I love my new apartment and community. The space is perfect for my living needs plus more. Such as gym, work pods, printing, play room, and etc. I am also enjoying the small get together events that Alexan creates and invites the community to.

    Although the facility is brand new there is still a lot to be desired. A centralized dumpster system to begin with would be incredible and game-changing. Living in the 4th floor and having to go all the way to the corner of the property for trash disposal is too much; can’t imagine for the rest of my neighbors further away. Winter snow removal and cleanup also leaves much to be desired; the team doesn’t do as well a job as I expected. Snow in large amounts is hard to control; understandable but ...
    the crew didn’t clear the parking lot as I expected them at a professional level. There is a lot of hype about using the work pods at the leasing office but the property isn’t willing to indulge entrepreneurial spirit for people attempting to start a small virtual services businesses. We love our home; and cherish the moments we are here, but do look forward to moving on in the future once the lease is over.

    It s beautiful the leasing great. Maintenance is quick at responding and is peaceful with different was to get to the property. The clubhouse is for all ages.an Ican't wait for the pool and grill to open. And its completely smoke free and haa library for ready working or just to sit.     I enjoy it already living at Alexan, it’s so nice just moved in yesterday. It’s very quiet and the apartments are very spacious and brand new, what else can you ask for. Keeli and Dory at the leasing office are awesome they do an amazing job at what they do.
