DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND LOOK ELSEWHERE
September 17, 2024I only wish I had seen some of these reviews before I moved in a few months ago. Management has complete disregard for any of my maintenance concerns despite my constant emails and stops by the office. I have never lived in a worse apartment when it comes to communication. Truly disgusted with the way I’ve been treated since I moved in.Property Manager Responded

DONT LIVE HERE
September 6, 2023Sorry for the novel but I have a lot to say. I’ve lived here for the majority of this year. Before new management, I absolutely loved it. It was quiet, private and peaceful, the staff would respond to emails in minutes and always answered the phone. I valued the privacy we got and while it is a little pricey, I always said it was worth it for all those reasons and more. Granted, when I first moved in, the patio light was shattered and there was broken glass on the carpet. I should’ve taken some ...hints. And then we got new management. Since day one that management switched its nonstop construction. Every other day we get a paper in our door saying that someone’s going to enter our apartment in the morning, that we need to clear our patios again so they can do stuff, that we need to find somewhere else to park, etc. They start a bunch of projects at the same time and I don’t think they’ve even finished redoing the porches that they started MONTHS ago. I’m terrified that they’re going to raise rent when our lease renews because of these changes. There’s one dumpster for the complex with some sort of hornets nest, and it’s always full of trash leading on the sidewalk. Instead of fixing the problem, they told us that if we left trash in front of our doors or on the sidewalk near the dumpster, they’d fine or evict us. They never answer emails or calls, it took maintenance over a month to get back to us about a leak under our carpet so we had to deal with a growing wet carpet that our pets also had to deal with. The time our one toilet was broken and we called emergency services, no one answered and no one showed up for over a day. I loved this place, I really did. August 4, 2023I have been living in this apartment complex for several months now, and unfortunately, my experience has been less than satisfactory. The primary issue I've encountered is the unresponsiveness of the management when it comes to fixing maintenance problems. Despite repeated requests over several months, various issues in my apartment have not been addressed, leaving me feeling frustrated and disappointed.from leaking roof to faulty electrical outlets, these problems have persisted for far too ...long, and it seems like my concerns have fallen on deaf ears. The lack of timely maintenance has significantly affected my quality of life and made it challenging to enjoy my living space.Another major concern is the consistently overflowing dumpster on the premises. This not only creates an unpleasant and unsightly environment but also attracts pests and poses health hazards for residents. It's disheartening to see such a basic amenity consistently neglected. In conclusion, I cannot recommend this apartment complex to others at this time. August 1, 2023All I have to say is the “NEW” management very conceited and will take you for a joke every chance they get. No one in the office takes you seriously when you come in for assistance. The worst apartment I’ve ever lived in
July 17, 2023For 4/6 months of my lease agreement so far I have had to clean up a rain leak that dumps water into my apartment every single time it rains. Each time i’ve attempted to get it fixed I get brushed off by management like they couldn’t care less. Dumpster gets overfilled every other day and you’ll be sure to hear multiple gunshots every night. Nice overall but the office is untrustworthy
August 9, 2017Nice spacious apartment in a convinient location. Office staff are friendly but totally irresponsible. I have got a package of live flowers for my birthday which supposed to be a surprise. It arrived on Friday but they never take a time to let me know (BTW, my unit is right next to the office). I finally knew on Tuesday and pick-up. It was a package of fresh flowers left in a box for 5 days. Go figure. When I asked to the office with the UPS record, no apology. I show the record, they said ...they could not recognize the name of the person who signed. Somebody unknown can receive the package and store in the storage here? I was referred from my colleague and she should get $200 credit (a big sign in front of office). She did not get it for 2 months so when she asked the office, they said they forgot. March 7, 2017This place is only reviewed by staff and their friends, this place is unlivable... The intrusive bass blaring will ensure you and your loved ones will find no rest. The tenants now allowed to trash this once endurable place are anything but monsters, I've witnessed people crying, fighting and breaking down over the fact they are unable to sleep due to, you guessed it, some punk bass blaring at all hours of day and night. You'll find the office to be anything but useful, they down right refuse to ...do anything about anything, and would rather wait for situations to handle themselves. November 10, 2015We have lived there for a number of years and a new management company has bought the complex. They are installing new cabinets, appliances, and counter tops only so they can significantly increase the rent, in addition, they have no loyalty to those that have been there for a while. We pay rent on time and have been there for 5 plus years, now that the new management company is in, they won't remodel existing tenants until they move out. Which means once the lease is up, they are up charging the ...new rent renewal significantly, and only giving 8 months or shorter leases as an option. So basically there are trying to force out the current residence, so they can remodel and up the rent. This has been super disappointing as we have been there for some time. Office staff is okay, one is known for being rude, but we love our maintenance men! Hopefully the management company will understand, this isn't New Albany or Dublin and keep the rent affordable and start to value their current tenants. For what they are charging, you can find a better area and place (we have heard gun shots and had A LOT of cars vandalized and broken into every summer we have been there) And sometimes it's like we live in the same apartment with our neighbors, no instillation between walls, so if you're on the end apartment, electric bills are outrageous!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
