New manager is so hard to work with
December 16, 2022I love living here, I love my apartment the location. I loved the people who work here, but there has been a change in the staff and its changed so much. New manager is dismissive and rude, she won't acknowledge anyone when stopping in. I had a concern about something and the whole conversation she was dismissive, rolling her eyes and wouldn't even look up from her phone. This is absolutely nothing like it was before, Sam and Amanda and then Ben were always so friendly in the office! Always had ...time to say hi and be friendly. The maintenance guy is the same one as always, and I feel he's the only one that actually enjoys the people who live here. Its a shame, because as someone who was here at the very beginning, its very disappointing to see the morale decline so abruptly.Property Manager Responded

Amazing apartment
March 1, 2021Firstly office staff are so friendly and helpful, office is gorgeous! My home is brand new, so clean and fresh! Beautiful kitchen, love my floors, tile backsplash, granite countertops and stainless steal appliances! All the colors and design used are perfect for all my furniture! I love the master bath and the beautiful walk in shower! And the master closet is spacious! My kids rooms are perfect size with big closets. Maintenance guy responds quickly and is very helpful.
