WORSE RENTING EXPERIENCE
January 22, 2025If I could rate this apartment community a 0 rating I would. I’ve been renting for years and living at the apartment complex has been the worst experience me and my family has ever experienced and we can’t wait until our lease ends. Since my family moved in we’ve experienced endless problems living here my family has dealt with mold in the apartment, the A/C has gone out numerous times, water leaks, electrical problems, and the list of other issues goes on. We were told before moving in the ...unit was ready for our family to move in… WELL THAT WAS A LIE based on our experience. It seems like they move people into units and do upgrades to the apartment as you reported all of the issues that you are experiencing.Property Manager Responded

Not the same
July 30, 2024Moved in Oct 2023 and office staff has changed 3 x’s. Property is not being kept up like before and people who DON’T live here are constantly using pool and gym area which are no longer kept clean. The pool is dirty and trash left out. People are loud and do not follow the good neighbor rule. I enjoy the inside of my apartment but Sadly I will not be renewing my lease.Property Manager Responded

Lovely place to life!
October 10, 2022My ex-husband and I lived here for five years, from July 2017 to September of this year (2022) and we adored living here. The complex is safe, clean, well-kept and beautiful; the staff is attentive and friendly. Maintenance calls are not only attended to quickly but they are also acknowledged at a fast speed. We adored living here but the one and only con, which is what forced us to another complex, is that it is just way too expensive for us, and the pet rent ($35/mo) is outrageous. Roaches in apartment
June 14, 2021They have roaches everywhere in apartment and the management denies they don’t have them and don’t show you your apartment even on move in day and flies and gnats are all over the building and black stains on some building walls . Honestly super awesome!
March 5, 2021I moved here from florida in the midst of the pandemic and It has been amazing since day one. I visited a few properties and the customer service and just all around feel and look of this property sold me. The intior of the third story units is amazing. The management is always on top of things, they even helped me jump my car after the snow storm! Hands down incredible and especially for the price. Can't be beat.Property Manager Responded

Best place to live
August 29, 2019I love Alexander Apartments, it is not place like this unit, the pool is perfect, amenities are wonderful , the new administration is so kind and specially the manager assistant Brooke does everything to help you resolve any inconvenience, any service requests is solved immediately. In 3 years never saw a bug on my apartment. Appliances are new and air conditioning or heating is always working. So glad that I spent last three years here with my daughter. February 23, 2019Do not live here it's not worth the rent my car was towed when it was in the spot we payed for , this morning my other car was broken in too right in front of the office. January 12, 2019I am gone give the review everyone wants I believe the GOD'S HONEST TRUTH. We all want to preserve our blessings, especially our family and our finances...let's all be honest...we love these two aspects of our lives and are more concerned about these than most anything else. My family and I came to these GREAT apartment-homes with both of these concerns first and foremost being what we were concerned about above all else. A safe and quiet place for our son and a affordable place to call HOME. ...With honest management and concerned owners for their own property and tenants; all with great hearts first and foremost. Mrs Brittany, Mrs.Shamra, and Mrs. Karen have all shown us exactly what we prayed and hoped for. Anything we have needed assistance and help with, has been given promptly-even if they had to stay past their shifts to help us, several times. I mean, every time we have had a concern it was handled in one day. The Alexander has proven to be exactly what we are desiring. I have done drive throughs at all times of day and night and the whole apartment remains quite. The Sherriff has always been present on the property watching the surroundings. All person I have viewed outside, at any time have been very friendly and courteous and we love that. The Alexander has proven thoroughly the owner and management, are concerned for it's tenants with the vast amenities they already have and those the owner has GRACIOUSLY decided to upgrade. I am in awe of all that they have to offer and all that is outlined to be added, our son is just as in awe. Plus, with the great location and surrounding areas. My husband is just GREAT-FULL we have a great place to be together and call HOME.
