Only good thing about living here is the neighborhood and view of the lake. Other than that... RUN. I've been here for two years and made the horrible mistake of renewing my lease for another year.
The washer and dryers are constantly breaking. The common areas are consistently dirty, elevators are always breaking, packages are ALWAYS stolen, and management will be ZERO help. They never answer their phones, YOU have to follow up with management on requests and emails you've made since they don't ...
do their jobs.
Still can't pay my rent because their new app is not working at the moment. The good thing I would note is that you can't really hear your neighbors much-only when you're in the hallways.
Other than that, they're pretty AWFUL.
Impatiently waiting for this lease to expire.
