Noise and domestic disturbances are a huge problem here
May 21, 2023There has been police at the property every week since I've moved in. Daily noise disturbances from the same people over and over again. Management apparently does not care enough to handle these people who are causing problems. There comes a point where someone should be removed from their apartment if they are causing so many issues for others. Management would rather collect the rent at everyone else's expense even if it means a bad living experience for others.Property Manager Responded

What A Great Place With Great Amenaties!
August 16, 2020After living here for 2 years, I will say that the staff here is awesome! I've been to many apartment homes and the management teams here trumps all of them. Not to mention the amenities here are kept clean for the community. October 19, 2015My mom and I have lived here for just over a year. We love It !! The granite Countertops are amazing Through out the apartment, the Hardwood flooring. We love having just the carpet in the bedrooms. It has more of a condo feel then a apartment feel. Being that I am disabled there is enough space to get my chair, and crutches around. It is a very tight night community. I feel very safe here, and I love being close to everything. The office and Maintenance staff are wonderful. Utterly Gorgeous, Professional, Perfect Location
October 8, 2015This is the nicest and most professional apartment we have ever lived in. Having lived in several states, traveling the country consulting, we have lived in a LOT of apartments before getting a home. Recently leaving that home made the experience of living here even more joyous. It is aesthetically beautiful. It is small, and laid out beautifully with beautiful landscaping and a gorgeous lake with wildlife. It is very quiet. The staff are very professional and genuinely friendly. It feels like ...home, not just another place to rent. Every square inch of space is brilliantly designed. I can't find anything that I don't like about living here. I love that they take dogs and our trash is picked up 5 times a week at our door. Everyone has a separate entrance. It is like a town home. 2 YEAR HERE AND LOVE IT!
September 1, 2015This is our second year here at Algonquin Square Apartments. We just renew our lease without hesitation. My family loves it here the pool is awesome and fitness center. We have everything we need close by. Love my kitchen with granite countertops stainless steel appliances. My dog is also happy love his walks around the clean surroundings landscaping. They have nice events year round for the tenants. Customer service is always nice as well as the maintenance are always there for you. Beautifully designed apartments with amazing customer service
July 29, 2015We've lived in our apartment for about two months now, and have been incredibly happy with our new home. The apartment is beautiful, spacious, and we really love the way the building is designed. Having a private entrance has been really nice, and makes it feel like so much more of a home than an apartment. We love the granite countertops. My only complaint on the design of the floor plans is that the washer and dryer closet is really small, and it's pretty cramped trying to do laundry with the ...water heater in the closet as well. Not anything that really affects our day-to-day comfort, though. The location couldn't be better, and we can walk to the Commons for shopping or go out to eat. And who doesn't love being within walking distance of a winery? We've spoken to several of the team members in the office, and everybody has been so friendly, professional, and helpful with anything we've needed. Packages are delivered inside our door, the grounds are very nicely manicured, the pool is clean and very refreshing, and the fitness room is equipped with all of the necessities. Noise is very minimal -- I've heard very muffled dogs barking periodically, but nothing that has imposed on our comfort level. Anybody who thinks you can live in an apartment with absolute zero noise from surrounding units has unrealistic expectations, but I'm definitely very happy with how sound proof the apartment seems to be. Or maybe we just got lucky and have very quiet neighbors ;) We really love this community, and would definitely recommend it to anybody looking for an apartment in Algonquin.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
