Dont rent!! Ridiculously noisy, scarce parking, especially if you want a guest, awful neighbors, bad vibes. Laundry rooms lots of issues. You can't break the lease, don't sign it.

Decent apartment units despite the age and budget materials, but the tenants nearby take away from the experience to say the least. The one problem here is management of this property allowing overcrowded apartment units which add to the noise. Tenants around who litter and who have a blatant disregard for their neighbors enjoyment of their home surround you. The parking situation is hectic and always a battle to find a parking space, despite if you pay for a unit with 1 bedrooms over 1. It seems ...
that cars are left abandoned to hold spaces and a mid-day shuffle occurs when normal people are working. Sad to say the past year here has been most un-enjoyable. Looking forward to moving away.

The rating here for this apartment, it's not true. When I complain about something, they said "Hey! This is 40 years old apartment, It's older than you, what do you expect." They made me to live with 40 termites almost a week.
