    Everythimg is amazing. Except the business center, it could use some upgrading. My move in experience was the best I've had. The entire facility is smoke free. But there is a faint trace of cannibus in the air every now and then. Probably from a few residents having a few in their car and the smell follows them back to their room. Overall the rooms gorgeous. The studio apartments are HUGE. All of their apartments are king sized and the facility is kept immaculate. It was built in the 60s so it's ...

    The building is old, and not all of the elevators are functioning. The cleaning staff do not work every day, and the hallway floors are often not cleaned. The hallways are poorly ventilated and frequently smell like food. Despite these issues, the complex is overpriced.

    The apartment complex is quite old and needs a lot of maintenance. There used to be three benches in the gym, but now only one is left and it’s broken. I’ve been asking for it to be fixed for a while with no progress. The cleaning staff are not very efficient either, and the common areas often have an unpleasant smell.

    Love everything but the centralized air system. The price can’t be beat for the location of the building. After Memorial Day weekend the Pool is so refreshing. Overall great interior. When there are maintenance issues they are quickly resolved.

    Only been here for a month so far but it’s been great! I put in a maintenance request that was taken care of the same day. The only things that eliminates a star is that the pool doesn’t really open on the weekdays until mid june & the parking lot has deep puddles. Small things that don’t ruin the full experience. All the neighbors have been super nice!
