June 8, 2025Only been here for a month so far but it’s been great! I put in a maintenance request that was taken care of the same day. The only things that eliminates a star is that the pool doesn’t really open on the weekdays until mid june & the parking lot has deep puddles. Small things that don’t ruin the full experience. April 26, 2025When I first moved in there leaks with my water and I had maintenance in and out of my apartment for the first month. Everyone was super helpful and everything was fixed but it was just very stressful. They had to replace my flooring, unclog drains, and fix a leak with my washer(that may have been my fault). Ever since then there’s been no issues. Super spacious one bedroom but I just wouldn’t live here again after that experience. Also the location with the price point isn’t ideal for me. January 27, 2025Since moving in, everyone has been very nice. There have been zero issues. One of the best parts of living here is my floor always smells of wonderful home cooked food; I swear there must be some chefs living here.Property Manager Responded
