October 2, 2025Excellent place to live overall. I’ve been here 2 years & plan on staying a 3rd. I wish the pool was open more than it has been. There have been a number of service requests needed but Maintenance is quick & great though. I recommend Alister to anyone.Property Manager Responded

August 3, 2025Good people live here. Many are pet owners and residents with children. They are respectful of their neighbors in all ways. The amenities are fantastic. My only complaint is the insulation is terrible here, as with most new apartments. The builders skimp on construction. You can hear everything through the walls and floor. That seems to be the standard and it would not stop me from recommending this place.Property Manager Responded

January 9, 2025It's been great so far. A few things would make it better but nothing major. One suggestion, for those with EV's, instead of charging an upcharge of $80 per month for unlimited charging, have an option to just pay when using it.
