The pros are the location, living room size, EV charging, the amenities offered (rooftop, pool, Amazon locker, in unit laundry and gym). The cons are the non working elevator (I’ve been here for 3 years roughly and it’s always broken this is the longest stint of it not working), the laundry project and lack of compliance with the city, small closets that are smaller due to the laundry project, small balconies, broken gates and or fob system (which ...means the building is less secure at times).
