A Great Place to Live
July 10, 2025I have been a resident at Alize for 18 years. I originally moved here because it was close to my work. I’ve been retired for 7 years and I still enjoy living here. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. A neighbor had to go to the hospital unexpectedly and the staff walked his dogs for the entire time he was there. Alize is constantly upgrading the community. Most recently they refurbished the community room with new décor. All the amenities are well maintained. The maintenance staff are ...all experienced, courteous, and prompt. Most routine requests are completed within the same day. Miserable
March 20, 2024Our time at Alize was unfortunately marked by a troubling gas leak incident. Despite our repeated reports of a gas odor, the management initially brushed off our concerns. It wasn't until we enlisted the help of a third-party expert that the gas leak was confirmed. This delayed response and apparent disregard for our safety highlighted a concerning lack of urgency and accountability from the management. Moreover, this incident was just one aspect of our overall unsatisfactory experience with the ...complex and its associates. From indifferent customer service to unresolved maintenance issues, our time there fell short of expectations. We urge prospective residents to carefully evaluate the management's responsiveness and commitment to resident well-being before considering this complex.Property Manager Responded

Worth it!
November 9, 2022I’ve lived here for 14 years. At first I lived in a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom until when my husband died. And now I’m still here. The staff are so amazing and very helpful. I can’t find a place better than this one. Accessible to shopping center, restaurant , grocery store and church.And closed to my work place. Amazing staff!!!
November 8, 2022I’ve been here for 6 years now and it’s easy to find so many beautiful apartments in south OC but it’s the staff that makes this property truly a gem! Tara has been there the longest and she is knowledgable and professional! She makes everything easier for her tenants and she’s one of the reasons why I stay here year after year. not worth the price
November 3, 2022Just recently moved out and to be completely honest, you can find a better place for your money. We had issues the second we moved in. Had their own employee parking in our designated spot and had to call the front office first minute of trying to move because of them. No apology from the employee who is a resident or the office. This happened a couple times and not just for us. Don’t live in building 6. Residents are supposed to use their garages for cars not storage but that’s not the case and ...parking is bad because of it, and the employee there doesn't help out with the 4 cars they own. There is a bunch of petty theft there. People constantly missing packages we personally had someone enter own patio and stole our wedding gifts. Called and report to the sheriff who said management had it handled. Called the front office and they said they knew who and we asked for our gifts back or to have them buy new ones to just be brushed off. Went through three managers while living there each just as bad as the last.Property Manager Responded
