We are walking distance to the AV Town Center and a short distance to about everything else I need. The property is very well maintained as they are continually making improvements. The community is great, the leasing and maintenance team is great and the neighborhood is great. We have lots of walking trails in the area, great food options at the commons/town center as well lots of great amenities.
