I have lived at the Alize for 20 years. I initially chose the Alize due to its proximity to my job. I’ve been retired for 10 years now and I still like living here. We are walking distance to the AV Town Center and a short distance to about everything else I need. The property is very well maintained as they are continually making improvements. The office staff is always very pleasant and helpful. The maintenance staff is courteous, and all issues are resolved in a timely manner. I would highly ...

The community is great, the leasing and maintenance team is great and the neighborhood is great. We have lots of walking trails in the area, great food options at the commons/town center as well lots of great amenities. I was just informed by the office team that we are getting a dog park and our gym is getting renovated this year. It is AMAZING how much the team cares for us residents and the community.

I have been a resident at Alize for 18 years. I originally moved here because it was close to my work. I’ve been retired for 7 years and I still enjoy living here. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. A neighbor had to go to the hospital unexpectedly and the staff walked his dogs for the entire time he was there. Alize is constantly upgrading the community. Most recently they refurbished the community room with new décor. All the amenities are well maintained. The maintenance staff are ...
all experienced, courteous, and prompt. Most routine requests are completed within the same day. I highly recommend the Alize if you are planning to move to the area.
