Pest control problems
August 2, 2025I was initially very pleased with my move. The newly renovated unit and its convenient location are favorable. However! I’m now encountering a persistent and escalating roach problem. Despite contacting maintenance and using the provided bait traps, as well as applying my own treatments, the infestation continues unabated. This issue significantly detracts from an otherwise great living experience.Property Manager Responded

Great Complex
June 3, 2024I have really enjoyed may stay at Alkire Glen. Cheyanne in the leasing office is wonderful to work with. She was the reason I stopped my apartment searched and signed here. She has quick responses and is a tremendous help. Drake is also great to have for maintenance issues and is very friendly. When I moved into my until I was so thankful for how clean, bright and open the unit was. The complex itself seems quite and well kept. My only issue is the residence who don't clean up after their dogs, ...even where there are several doggie stations around the complex. The complex itself is very nice!Property Manager Responded

June 23, 2016WORST experience I've Ever had, i applied for these apartments and they wouldn't show me them, the day i was spoce to be moving they finally showed me them and it was disgusting the worst apts ever seen. nothing like how it shows up in the video !!! everything was rusted, even the floors were burned ! if your going to be moving here make them show you first !Review from Apartments.com

July 21, 2015The office is very friendly and helpful. They were actually able to tell me what's around in that area such as shopping, parks, etc. No other apartment complexes had that helpful of a staff. The neighbors are quiet. Thw location is just down the street from a Walmart and Kroger..... WHAT ELSE DO YOU NEED, REALLY?! The only thing I find as an inconvenience is they don't have your mail key available to you when you walk in. You have to get it from the post office who is only open the hours you ...work.
