I recently visited Alleia Apt and felt very welcomed! All the ladies in the office spoke when I entered! I toured a 1 bdrm apt and though it was on the smaller side I still really like the place and love all the amenities. The pool is top tier! I am not moving until September/October and Alleia is at the top of my list.

I have rented here for over 3 years now.. for good reason. I have no complaints, only great things to say. The staff treats you like family, the property is clean and well maintained, units are spacious and (overall) the people that live here are very friendly.
Big shout out to Dwayne, head of maintenance. He will prioritize you over himself, and ensure you are helped in timely manner.

Mice, random violations

Mice WILL LIVE WITH YOU, WILL TOW YOUR CAR FOR EXPIRED REGISTRATION, NOISY
Complaint 1.
The idea that Alleia long meadow is luxury is a facade. When I moved in, there was mice terrorizing my apartment. I noticed some things and decided to test my theory by putting a small trash bag on my counter in the kitchen overnight. When I woke up I noticed that there was holes in the bag. Which mean these are counter climbing mice . YUCK. I immediately called the leasing office and filed a complaint ...
because this was 3 days of moving in. I told them to come in and see if there was holes in the apt, they came and didn’t see anything. My father helped me set up some mice traps and I had to get out of there, especially since I was pregnant. Imagine being pregnant living with rats. 2 days later I came back to the apartment and LO & BEHOLD a big fat mice was caught in the trap. Disgusting!!! I informed the leasing office that I would be changing to a different apartment. So I had to call movers again to move my stuff to a different apartment. What is so luxury about mice

My car had a temporary license plate that had expired by a few days. I received a threat that my car would be towed. I called the tow company that left the sticker on my car and they said that Alleia stated that they wanted to keep the parking area “clean”. I DRIVE A 2022 RANGE ROVER VELAR. How could my car with just a few days with an expired temporary license plate “dirty” the lot. It’s ridiculous. And who are they to tow cars for expired tags Are they now the police Or working for law enforcement Suspicious

If you do unfortunately decide to rent here, choose an apartment far away from the pool. Its so noisy!!! They claim that there is a new Security guard or something, I have never seen a soul. And the gate is ALWAYS BROKEN AND LEFT OPEN FOR RANDOM PEOPLE TO ENTER.

Amara was wonderful in providing a tour of the community. She explained the floor plans and made the application process fast and easy. The upkeep of the apartment inside the office and the entire complex is extremely clean. The space is perfect and there are a variety of plans for your needs. The staff is prompt to assist and help with any questions and made the move-in process simple. The pool area is beautiful and maintenance is amazing.

I looked for a place of living in the area that was not only close to stores, shopping centers, gyms, parks, etc... but was very eye catching and Alleia apartments definitely surpassed my expectations. From the computer lab (great for studying), resort-style pool, indoor gym/studio, to the dog park within the facility, this place was very convenient and had a luxury-feel. Awesome place for professionals. Great area to raise families. Quiet & peaceful. I would definitely recommend!
